A picture is worth a 1,000 words! For those of you who read our last photo update and have been taking extra great photos, thank you! For those of you that missed the last update: Thank you for taking the time photograph our clients! The pictures serve to show the clients how great they look in their suit once they are back in jeans. Here are some tips to keep those awesome pictures coming: 1. Have the client stand by the oval mirror near the sweater wall in the boutique. 2. Take a full body shot. Keep the client’s head and shoes in the picture so she can see herself fully. 3. Keep the space around the client clear – no messy shoes on the floor or untidy sweaters. 4. Above all, breathe in when you click the shutter so the camera is steady and the photo comes out clear! Keep up the good work and keep ‘em coming!!

Summer Vacation Schedules As summer is rapidly approaching we need to know when our weekly volunteers are planning to be in and/or out of town. We cannot ensure adequate coverage to accommodate all client appointments if we do not know when you will be away. Out of town? Please let us know the dates that you will be away during the months of June, July and August. Some flexibility? We’d love to hear from you! We are creating a contact list of anyone that might have some extra time this summer and be available to cover a shift on short notice.

Maternity Leave Coverage With my due date just around the corner we are getting ready for the months that I will be on leave. Upcoming Volunteer Opportunities Evening Workshop Support, 5:45 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. During our evening workshops, we are in need of volunteers to handle some light administrative tasks and close up shop at the end of the night. There will be a staff member on hand to answer your questions and provide any guidance you might need.
