Incentive Policy: In the continuing effort to be a professional role model for the women we serve we are instituting new guidelines effective April 2009 for the incentives programs associated with our workshops. We will continue to offer 2 points for each workshop attended; every point translates into 1 item of professional clothing redeemed at Separates and Sales Events.
Registration Policy: Due to your overwhelming response we will require registration for all workshops. If you come to a workshop that you have not registered for you may be asked to wait for a slot to come available; ultimately you may not be able to participate. We will do our best to accommodate all requests.
Food Policy: A light supper or snacks is offered in conjunction with most of our workshops. In order to avoid disruptions to other clients and presenters, food will typically be available before workshops from 5:30-6:00pm. All workshops begin promptly at 6:00 pm, unless otherwise noted on the flier.
Lateness Policy: If you anticipate being late please call the office. If you fail to notify the office and arrive after 6:15pm Bottomless Closet reserves the right to give your spot to another client. If you arrive after 6:30pm you will not be issued any incentive points. No one will be admitted to any workshop after 6:45pm.
Cancellation Policy: If you have registered for a workshop and are unable to attend you will be required to cancel via phone or e-mail prior to the workshop. Failure to cancel will result in 2 points being deducted from your incentive points. Furthermore, if you register for workshops and fail to cancel 3 times you will not be invited to attend the next Separates or Sales Event.
