If you are an employment training and/or job readiness provider, and are interested in referring your job-ready clients (those who have a scheduled interview) to Bottomless Closet for clothing, interview preparation, and our other program services:

1. Current Referral Agencies

2. Review the Referral Organization Guide and the Program Guide.  

3. Complete Referral Organization Application and Agreement.

4. Either an Executive Director or Program Director, depending on the organization's size, should sign both of the above forms.  

5. Mail Application and Agreement along with program literature about your employment services to Bottomless Closet at 15 Penn Plaza, Level B, Suite 40, New York, NY 10018.  

6. Upon receipt of all necessary information and forms, Bottomless Closet will contact you about attending an orientation at Bottomless Closet, a requirement for all designated contact representatives from new referral organizations.  

7. If you should need to add or change your contact representative, please notify us so we can schedule your new contact for an orientation.
