If you are an employment training and/or job readiness provider, and are interested in referring your job-ready clients (those who have a scheduled interview) to Bottomless Closet for clothing, interview preparation, and our other program services please follow the steps below:

1. Complete the Application and Agreement and return to Patrycja Warda, Program Director. 
   
   
2. All staff members that will be making referrals must attend orientation. Please click here to submit a registration request. It is recommended that each Referral Agency designate at least one primary and at least one secondary contact person to make referrals. There is no limit on the number of staff members who make referrals from any agency or site. However, only a designated staff member who has attended orientation can make a referral.
