Velita Event for Bottomless Closet

Thank you for the handbag help! A big thank you to everyone who has come through with handbags to help fill the shelves of Bottomless Closet! We are making major progress, but our work is far from finished. Please keep those handbags coming and let me know if you are interested in hosting an accessories drive. As appointments change and we see an increasing number of clients in unusual circumstances, we thought a quick clothing reference guide might be helpful Interview Type Client Receives Clients going on job interviews Clients going to job fairs Clients in job training programs that require daily interview attire, but who do not have specific interviews set up 2 interview appropriate* outfits 1 interview appropriate outfit 2 interview appropriate outfits Clients who have gotten a job All other clients 3 business appropriate** outfits Please check with Jessica Land or Patrycja Warda * Interview appropriate = suit in a dark, solid color **Business appropriate = business casual attire

	Art under the Stars: Save the Date! Please save the date! The Young Leadership Council will host the Fifth Annual Art under the Stars at the Matthew Marks Gallery on Monday, October 4, 2010 from 6:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Tickets are $75 in advance and $100 at the door. Tickets may be purchased through our website at www.bottomlessclosetnyc.org. We are currently soliciting items for our silent auction and raffle. If you have items to contribute, please contact Gina Diaz at GDiaz@bottomlessclosetnyc.org for a donor form. Popular items have included theater and sports tickets, jewelry, handbags, wine, restaurant and spa certificates. Your help in making the auction a success is appreciated!
