Please feel free to give them out to your clients if they are doing further work on their resumes and use them yourselves when you need specific verbiage. |

Annual Spring Sale a Victory!
A big thank you to everyone who volunteered with all aspects of this year’s spring sale!
The sale was attended by 123 eager clients who were ready to shop. We earned $1,730 and helped all participants build their wardrobe!
Thanks to all the volunteers who made this day such a success.

Our Evening Organization Situation
Evening volunteers are in a unique situation when working with clients in that there is no point person at reception to help with check out. In order to keep all of the client paperwork organized, we have designated a spot for all appointment documents to reside. If you work the evening shift, please familiarize yourself with our checkout process. Jessica or Lakiesha will be happy to show you the ropes the next time you are here. |

Front Desk Duties
Central to the client experience is the human connection that our clients receive when they come into Bottomless Closet. We strive to have someone to welcome them at reception at all times. To that end, we try to ensure that all volunteers have the training to step into the reception role as necessary. Please see Lakiesha to schedule a one-on-one training session so you too can be the face of Bottomless Closet. She will explain how to handle client intake, the NEW phone system, paperwork and appointment closure to ensure each woman has a consistent client experience at Bottomless Closet. Upcoming Volunteer Opportunities
Evening Workshop Support, 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
During our evening workshops, we are in need of volunteers to handle some light administrative tasks and close up shop at the end of the night. There will be a staff member on hand to answer your questions and provide any guidance you might need.

Evening opportunities are available every Tuesday. Sign up to dress clients who have recently been hired, or work on projects in the inventory room/boutique.
