1. Women from approved referral organizations with scheduled job interviews are referred to Bottomless Closet.

2. Women visit Bottomless Closet and meet with a volunteer, who helps the client prepare for the interview by reviewing her resume, interview questions and protocol, and job search basics.  

3. Volunteers work to put together two interview-appropriate outfits, including accessories. Personal grooming do's and don'ts are reviewed.  

4. Once employed, clients may return for three more outfits to wear on the job.

5. Clients are invited to career development workshops to help them function more confidently in the workplace. These include communication, business etiquette, and image development.

6. Volunteers follow-up with clients who contact Bottomless Closet with problems that arise in the workplace.
